Every engagement is structured with a fixed price and defined scope, written before you commit. When you send a message, you'll get a response. If your situation is outside our scope, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.

You should not have to chase us
Every message gets a response. If the full answer takes time, you get an acknowledgment first. That's a low bar, but apparently a rare one.
